Director + Dietitian (APD)

Natasha Lane M.Diet. | B.App.Sci.| B.Bus

As an AuDHDer, I bring both lived experience and professional expertise to my work. Sensory sensitivities created significant challenges for me as a child, when being undiagnosed meant my struggles with food were often misunderstood. I was labelled a "fussy eater" who complained too much, when in reality, I was navigating a world that didn’t make sense to me. Over time, and through learning more about myself, I’ve managed to explore and enjoy new foods—although bananas remain my arch-nemesis. Food has even become a special interest for me, and I channel that passion into supporting others on their journeys with eating and feeding. I specialise in working with neurodivergent individuals and families, including those navigating Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) and the intersection of neurodivergence with eating and feeding disorders. My approach is affirming, trauma-informed, and family-centred, meeting each person where they are and helping them explore what authenticity can mean in a world that often invalidates their experiences. As a credentialed eating disorder clinician and Accredited Practising Dietitian, I provide support that empowers people to embrace their individuality and move away from neuronormative and diet culture pressures. Home is my favourite place. I share a lively household full of neurodivergent energy and creativity with my husband, kids, two dogs, Ian and Delilah, and our recently adopted Russian Blue cat, Kitsune. I love spending time cooking in the kitchen or working on Lego sets, always following the instructions, never freestyling! These simple moments with my family bring me the most joy and reflect the connection and authenticity I strive for at home and in my work.

Dietitian (APD)

Jess Smith M.Diet. | B.Nutr.Sc.

Hi, I’m Jess. I have a big heart for helping people heal their relationships with food and body image. With my two playful pups, Ruby and Charli, by my side, I’ve learned to savour the simple joys in life—whether it’s a walk on the beach, getting lost in a good book, or sharing a meaningful moment of connection. My own lived experience with disordered eating has profoundly shaped my approach to care. I’ve learned that food isn’t the enemy, and neither are our bodies. This journey taught me the importance of empathy, patience, and flexibility—qualities I bring to every client interaction. My practice is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and empowerment, and I’m passionate about helping others find peace with food and themselves. I take a weight-neutral, non-diet, and neuro-affirming approach, focusing on strategies that work for you as an individual. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution here. Whether you’re navigating nutrition-related concerns or exploring disordered eating recovery, I work collaboratively to create realistic, sustainable plans that honour your needs—without perfection or guilt. I’m passionate about dismantling diet culture, fostering curiosity with food, and creating spaces free from judgment. For me, it’s not about rules or shame; it’s about nourishment, joy, and flexibility. I don’t believe in cookie-cutter solutions (unless we’re baking cookies—then I’m all in). Instead, I work with you to tailor strategies that align with your unique goals, preferences, and lived experience. Whether you’re seeking support with challenging food dynamics, rediscovering the joy of eating, or simply needing a compassionate listener, I’m here to help. Together, we’ll create a plan that’s as unique as you are. If you’re ready to ditch diet culture, quiet the food police, and embrace a kinder, more confident way of caring for yourself, I’ll be with you every step of the way.

Psychologist

Kelsey Sherwood M.EDP. | B.Psych.Sc.

Hi, I’m Kelsey, a lover of animals, a quirky collector of frog-themed treasures (think figurines, mugs, and even a frog-shaped lamp), and a newfound enthusiast for crafting Miniverse baking models. My journey into understanding the mind is both professional and personal. I’ve faced the challenges of a restrictive eating disorder and recently embraced my own neurodivergence as an autistic individual. These experiences have deepened my appreciation for the fascinating connections between neurodiversity and mental health. In my work, I bring a blend of compassion, curiosity, and a touch of humour to help others explore their unique neurology and build lives that feel authentic and supportive. My approach is gentle but honest, firm yet fair, because I believe growth thrives when we feel seen, supported, and gently challenged. Together, we’ll uncover what makes you you and find ways to honour and celebrate your individuality. When I’m not working, you’ll find me snuggling with my beautiful dog, curating my ever-growing collection of frog-themed gems, or baking the tiniest desserts imaginable. Life’s quirks and imperfections are what make it magical, and I’m here to help you embrace yours with understanding, compassion, and maybe even a little humour along the way.

Dietitian (APD)

Anthea Vasiliadis M.Diet. | B.Nutr.Sc.

Hi, I'm Anthea, Living through the chaos of a restrictive eating disorder taught me how noisy the eating disorder brain can be. It’s messy, it’s relentless, and it can feel impossible to untangle. That experience didn’t just shape me as a person—it shaped me as a practitioner. My passion lies in helping others reclaim their relationship with food, find nourishment, and finally feel at home in their bodies. I take a weight-neutral, non-diet approach, so if you’re looking for someone to hand you a list of foods to avoid or preach about weight loss, I’m not your dietitian (honestly, that rhetoric belongs in the bin). Instead, I’ll meet you with practical strategies tailored to your life—whether it’s managing a health condition, navigating disordered eating, or simply breaking free from the grip of diet culture. Oh, and let’s not forget my self-proclaimed crazy cat lady status! I’m a chatterbox who loves a good cat meme, but I also know when to pause and really listen. Together, we’ll work on building confidence in your food choices, honouring your body’s needs, and finding joy in eating again, all without guilt, fear, or self-criticism.

Dietitian (APD)

Tayla Federico M.Diet. | BHum.Nut.

Hi, I’m Tayla, a chatty dietitian with a deep love for my dog Kobe and a passion for helping people rebuild their relationships with food. When I’m not supporting clients, you’ll likely find me with Kobe, whether it’s enjoying a cuddle or heading out for a walk. Travelling is another big part of my life. Having explored 26 countries (and counting), I’m always dreaming of my next adventure. Oh, and fun fact: I’ve been practising karate for 16 years and earned my black belt in 2016, so yes, I can kick diet culture to the curb (metaphorically, of course). My path to becoming a dietitian has been shaped by my own journey through and recovery from anorexia nervosa. Living with and overcoming an eating disorder taught me the importance of separating the voice of the eating disorder from your own, as well as the power of breaking secrecy and shame. These lessons have deeply influenced how I approach my work, giving me a compassionate and informed perspective that fuels my passion for helping others reclaim their lives. In 2024, I was diagnosed with ADHD, and suddenly, so many pieces of my life made sense, including why I love to chat! Being neurodivergent myself, I understand the unique challenges and strengths that come with an ADHD brain. I have developed a deep appreciation for creating personalised, neuro-affirming strategies to help my clients navigate their own neurodivergent experiences. I combine a gentle, weight-neutral, non-diet approach with a focus on education, empowerment, and dismantling the toxic diet culture that is all too pervasive on social media. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel comfortable exploring your relationship with food, building confidence in your body, and letting go of guilt—no scales required. Whether you are looking to repair your relationship with food, navigate the chaos and beauty of neurodivergence, or just share your favourite dog pics, I am here to support you every step of the way.
