SOCIAL GROUPS
Our 3 x weekly sessions Social Program integrates feeding therapy into a vibrant, socially nurturing environment. NEURODIVERGENT NUTRITION
Our dietitians and feeding therapists use a neurodiversity-affirming approach. Working with individuals to understand their needs, unique strengths and challenges. We take into consideration sensory challenges, medication, level of executive functioning, interoception and more. We use this information to help adults and children to implement systems and processes and help them find a balanced diet and lifestyle that is right for them.
SUPPORT FOR EATING DISORDERS & DISORDERED EATING
Maybe you've noticed some cracks forming within your relationship with food and your body? Perhaps eating has become stressful, complicated and confusing? We offer compassionate, non-judgemental support and counselling for individuals and families that are working towards a more peaceful relationship with themselves, their body and food.
FEEDING THERAPY
Feeding therapy clients are invited to explore foods in a respectful and non-threatening environment. They learn strategies to help them manage sensory sensitivities, anxiety and fear around food. They build confidence to engage with food in a way that feels right for them and their body.
FOOD ALLERGY & INTOLERANCE MANAGEMENT
We can help find solutions to manage allergies, intolerances and coeliac disease. We are able to support you with elimination diets (FODMAP and natural food chemicals), understanding food labels, food selection and recipe adaptation. Our dietitians have completed specialist training in FODMAP's from Monash University.
